The Animation Incubator Community is the largest animation and digital arts community for teenagers in Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova. Our mission is to create safe, diverse, and inclusive spaces for non-formal education in animation and digital arts. We do this through educational workshops, research on inclusivity and creative practice, and the distribution and promotion of youth-produced animations — making us a full creative ecosystem for young talent.

Our community “home” is a Discord server, moderated by our team, where you can access educational content, learn about upcoming projects, and connect with peers and industry trainers.

The Animation Incubator is open to all teenagers, regardless of financial background, location, or prior experience. All projects are free.

The Animation Incubator is non-profit initiative under the Animest NGO. We are present at the Animest International Animation Film Festival with multiple projects and initiatives, supporting youth animation in reaching wider audiences.
