Fresh Frames is a curated program of animated shorts bringing together films created by teenagers from Romania and Moldova. The program is presented by the Animation Incubator, in collaboration with the Animest International Animation Film Festival.

The selection highlights bold and personal animated works, reflecting the voices and perspectives of a new generation of filmmakers, celebrating youth-made animation and supporting its circulation beyond its original context.
